We have a participation fee of USD 500 for each selected buyer, a part of this money will be donated to ACOTUR, the Colombian association of responsible tourism to support sustainable and regenerative tourism projects in some destinations that need a hand to share the charm of their biodiversity and ancestral knowledge with international travelers. What’s included in the hosted buyer programme?
- Pre & post trips to the special conditions offered by the organizing luxury exhibitors
- Three nights hosted accommodation in single occupancy at one of our partner hotels
- Up to 50 pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors from Latam & The Caribbean
- Shared transfers hotel / venue / hotel and meals at the partner hotels & venues
- Entry to our Epic Parties
What’s NOT included in the hosted buyer programme?
- International flights to / from Bogotá and transfers in / out airport / hotel / airport
- International travel insurance (suggested) and everything not mentioned as “included”
